Submit the following to be eligible before October 31, 2008
1. Essay: Limited to two pages front only size 12 font.
Topic: How can I make a difference by becoming a Veterinarian or a Vet-Tech?
2. High School and College Transcripts.
3. Letter of recommendation from a teacher/professor.
4. Letter of recommendation from an aquaintance.
